There is time for everything, when it is time to invest, I invest. When there is time for *restrained* speculation, like recently, I speculate, but very pudently. What most people on SI call "investment" I (and other true investors) call "speculation". I never daytraded, not once in my life.

Perhaps you missed the news that Buffett had $9 bill in cash, plus he just exchanged $22 bill of BRKa stock for a bond portfolio of that value, called "insurance Co.". Plus, he reportedly has $2 bill in silver. I don't see any contradiction between his and mine positions. He most certainly is not running around buying overpriced so-called "gorrilas". And, let me assure you, he's no idiot. He knows what he's doing. Unlike many other people.

<< cause you're getting squeezed?>>
How can I get squeezed? Is it $101 again? I *hoped* to short more at $120, but could not - give me that chance again.

<<or are you talking Cisco down>>
Let me ask you a question. Do you really think I'm stupid enough to think two dozen holders selling average of 300 shares each will affect CSCO price for one minute?

<<You'll feel better if you come level with the thread>>
In my first post here, and you can easily find it, I posted I was short. I repeated this statement once in a while. Do you think my financial situation affects facts? If I post that CSCO '99 average analyst estimated E = $1.47, is the number different depending on who posts it? Perhaps you should learn to think for yourself, and to distinguish facts from "I am sure this stock goes to the moon" crap.
