Let me spell everything out here, to be clear:
For you to benefit financially from taking my deal (pay $10000 for the option to buy 100000 shares at $.32 on Jan. 4), you would have to sell those shares at $.72 to benefit over just buying $10000 worth of TSIG now at market price. Of course, you would profit for any stock price over $.42, but should only accept my offer if you're confident the stock price will be over $.72 when/if you sell. Above $.72, you would benefit linearly from taking my deal as opposed to buying at market now.
I would want a letter of intent early in the week, with the deal completed before significant news was released (if I could sell at $.43 market, this deal would have no benefit for me).
Yes, it's a hell of a deal. I could just use some cash now, unfortunately. (no comments, Jeff-- ha ha)
