New Taxes on the Internet access may be delayed for three years. The
tax moratorium is eagerly sought by companies such as America Online, Intel & Microsoft because more than a dozen states have already imposed taxes on Internet access and commerce.

So Greg,
"Well I took a look at the DOW chart it is a double bottom bouncing off support with great volume. Im no great TA person....but I think he could be right about this one."

You read somewhat bullish here. You also read somewhat positive regarding Brinker too. Am I right? Because if I am, then you have changed your position from a week or so ago. Actually, I recall that you offered up some very strong negative opinions about the potential for renewed market strength and Brinker's position that that the markets were poised to head upward.

So perhaps you'd share what specific thinking lead you to reconsider your previously strongly held negative positions on the market direction and Brinker?

Take care,
David Todtman
