<<please refrain from calling those that think this is a good investment "idiots". >>

Can you kindly point out where I did call anybody anything?

I posted "Buffett is no idiot" - I hope your logic does not make you interpret this statement as "he posted all people with name other than Buffett are idiots".

Buffett made very few significant mistakes for over 40 years, I would look carefully into what he's doing (not rumors, but facts) and why.

<<why ...are you wasting your time with us>>
That could be the case, however, unlike some, I can't read peoples' minds, particularly over the net.
What's your suggestion for how should I spend my time?

>>Anyway, Buffet is not the only right may on earth. He is a very smart guy, but he'll tell you - he hasn't a clue about technology and doesn't invest in it.<<

One reason I don't think Buffet would invest in technology is
because it's too hard to calculate accurate future earnings
forecasts. Also, like you said he doesn't know or feel comfortable with tech.

But a lot of us:

a) Have a tech related degrees.

b) Are willing to take on more risk than the safer
Buffet investments. We take the risks because we believe
in the products very strongly. So far in the last 6-7 years
the strategy has been working pretty well with CSCO, MSFT,
etc.. and it hasn't been just stock prices going up rapidly,
but profits by these companies are consistenly very high.
