What the hell does THAT mean ? The guy has filed to sell 200,000 shares but you hope he knows something positive ?? Let me ask this, because i don't know: If you file to sell MUST you sell on or before a specific date ? or is he just filing to be filing ???

I think the rule is 1% of shares outstanding or average daily trading volume for the past 30 days. However, I could be wrong.

The easier and more reliable way to verify shares outstanding is to call the transfer agent.
