I am of the impression that ATT is going to act as a clearing agent for regional companies. Buy their minutes wholesale and resell them. But then I almost never argue with a woman who starts taking her shoes off.

Now Jane our RNTK chart was looking pretty bad too till the TX deal was announced. Yes, DGIV is more risky than RNTK because it is non-reporting.
We don't know what will happen with DGIV yet. Yes, some of the folks here disagree with you. Time will give us more details about the company.
