"If he Knows PRWT is a scam and has facts vs. his guess work it makes a big difference"

Wait a minute - you've got it backwards there - the burden of proof of legitimacy and honesty and competency is on the company and its promoters, not on the critics. I don't know this prwt, but I've seen some excellent due diligence out of jhild on mtei, cshk, cygs, aznt, edii, etc. In fact, all useful due diligence on those threads was done by people like jhild and wonk and Janice.

Lemme guess - this PRWT doesn't file up-to-date audited financials, and therefore trades as a penny stock on the bulletin boards, right? .... Well, there ya go. .... cheers

At your service, Roger. jhild's done some absolutely terrific work at PRWT. I haven't had time really to get into it, but he's raised a vast number of important questions.

I'm always surprised that the enthusiasts never seem to understand the point of questions without answers. It is, of course, that said questions are more than legitimate, and the company doesn't want to talk about 'em.

And what's all this about "agendas"? I take an interest in particular stocks either because they've attracted my attention or because someone--usually a long, usually by PM or email--has asked me to look at them. But I don't HAVE an "agenda". I become interested, want to learn more. At the outset I really have no idea whether the company's a scam, or just a worthless outfit run by a bunch of incompetents, or--this is the longshot--a potentially worthwhile investment. I don't believe in arguing before the facts. And I'll never say a company's a scam unless I have proof of it. So I ask questions, and try to find answers.
