craig,

i think the knee is most optimum above the ema. think of it similarly as a stock bouncing off of a ma,creating a continuation effect.so that tsf(-2)>tsf(-1)<tsf(0) and creates a cup like formation. your thinking if i am correct could also be valid as an early signal, like the deceleration/turnaround to move at the ema.it appears that all 3 situations may be valid. i would not expect tsf(0) to cross on the same day, but rather set itself up for the possibility. as this one is somewhat of a new toy to me, i know the speed of it exceeds the ema, but to what extent that tsf(0) would coincide with the ema xover i am not sure.

is it possible for anyone to run the backtest changing the 2d rsi criteria to greater than 98 for two days prior to entry as opposed to the current criteria...

two more possible backtests include the removal of macd>0 for the current criteria and this new test, cade comes to mind recently.
won't be back til tonite
