As you may be aware, CPM has played a major role in the change of direction for Naxos, which change I fully support. Armed with mine engineering degrees, Chris is an experienced mining executive as well has a banker to the mining industry. As an advisor to Naxos, CPM is quite confident in the new personnel at Naxos. The strategy here is for Naxos to acquire advanced stage projects that are too small to attract the interest of major mining companies, but which feasibility work demonstrates an ability to return an IRR of 30% or more. I feel very privileged to have me to have met Chris and I look forward to input from him as far as Naxos is concerned and also to the potential to bring situations to him that may be of interest to Naxos or other investors.
