Let's give Dixie a chance. I have carefully designed an offer which would benefit him greatly if TSIG reaches a share price of $.72 or above. I have spelled out the mathematics, to provide all aspects of the deal. He is making his decision as I type, so let's not be too quick to judge. He could very well accept the deal, but only if he is $10000 sure that the price will rise above $.72.
