yes, me too Berney. What I did was pick two stocks from each sector index. I chart and do T/A on each sector index chart, and the two "bellwethers" charts that I picked therein.

Though I draw the magic lines manually as well, the METASTOCK software that I got about a year ago (with end-of-day updates via Reuters) really reduces the work because the lines stay intact through all the updates; ie., they carry-forward. When I started 'Net trading, I would generate a chart on the WWWeb somewhere, print it out, and draw lines on the paper with a straight-edge (^_^)
