What did we think the float was?

(TS doing DD after trading 4 times already...)

>>Now, about this newly discovered (sic) topic of preferred convertibles. The class "A" have been sold along with warrants for class "B"...the issue is further SALES of preferreds, not further dilution. There are some more preferreds to be converted...look for 50 mil float. Was no one listening to JR back in June? <<

I would take issue with the 50M share figure. Mark specifically told me last week that when the prefrerreds already issued have been converted, there would be approx. 40 million shares. He further gave me the impression that if the TX deal was signed, there would be no need to issue more preferreds.

I think the rest of the Captain's post is right on.

I think it might be useful for the next poster who calls Mark to clarify this one more time.
