Hey folks... Finally, a relaxing (long) weekend at home... Anyway, I was at the grocery on Sat., and "Online Investor" magazine caught my eye (Nov/Dec 1998). More importantly, the article "Virtual Checkbook - Online Banking Comes into its Own" Not a bad article, very positive on CKFR, AOL, Quicken, etc. The article also posted some very interesting links, most notably the Bank Rate Monitor, at bankrate.com they give a layperson's overview of home banking at: bankrate.com and discuss TP at: bankrate.com Good Quote from article: The TransPoint venture will spark "quick, competitive response in the form of other partnerships among billers and/or technology companies and banks," predicts Scott Smith, an electronic commerce analyst with Current Analysis, a Sterling, Va., information technology firm.
