My comment was most definitely a mistake. The 1/2 share warrant does cost something in re-reading the release (average cost is not 13 cents as I indicated). I was rushing off to Thanksgiving lunch/dinner and I wasn't concentrating. Apologies to all. I reiterate though, that PP's in the short term normally do not affect the stock price positively, but there may be exceptions.

I will have to get someone who understands the tax implications for the investors putting up the money in a private placement. I believe it is a sweet deal for them.
