ACHAN - Exactly. We all know there's no way in hell TPI is doing $4M/year in revenues. Back in July, I don't know if you remember, but I sure do, during the CC, Paul Mighton said that TPI was covering 85% of the burn rate. That would mean TPI is pulling in about $3.5M/year in revenues. I was told to expect TPI to do just over $1M for fiscal 1998. That means TPI made about $600-$700K for 4Q98. That being said, at a minimum they should be earning $2.4M/year for 1999. What does this all mean? They're not covering 85%, it's more like 55%-60%, and again this is all under the assumption that their burn rate is now $350K/month and they can continue to earn about $650K per quarter.

I'm this close to pulling the trigger and selling, of course as soon as I do that, we'll be at .75. What a disaster this has turned out to be for all of us. Next runup I'm out completely; I'm just hoping the run doesn't start at .125 and goes to .375!
