I couldn't agree more. I think a lot of ANCR investors wish they had done a little more due diligence on this subject a year ago. Of course, it might have all been a moot point if Ancor had landed Sun. I wonder what course of action the Reg D guys would have taken if Ancor had announced a big OEM before they started converting?

I also wonder what the end game is for these guys. Do they short sell and convert as much as they can, while continuing to hold 5%, or do they sell everything, take their profits, and run? I would think that Steve Snyder would know how many shares have already been converted, but I doubt that he would know how many shares the Reg D guys still hold.
