this company was not build by Rene,it was sewered. bydand99 Oct 11 1998 6:58PM EDT YAHOO TRIFF Thread. I joined as CFO, TT on the 16 th of July 1993 the stock was below $2.00 cdn a share. I left the company on or about the end of January 1994. I had purchased many shares and had participated in many financings. When I left I sold out my holdings between $11,00 and $14.00 cdn per share! I resigned due to the obtuse nature of the CEO..My opinion then and it hasn't changed is that the individual IMHO is a manic depressive with skytso.??(SP)TENDENCIES.A Hitler complex and a very disturbed syche .He didn't build anything but he sure hoodwinked you all.If you don"t get rid of him you won't get a thing. Unfortunately he is well ahead of you with the patents steal and I'm not sure what the strength of the 'Group" may be. There is very little left to secure.Where are you guys going to get the financing to carry on..there is no positive revenue stream. You can't duplicate the hoodwinking Rene has done.. bankruptcy is the only future. WHAT a STORY!! Caveat Empture Anyone have any idea who was CFO 16 th of July 1993?
