I too was not able to understand the science behind the study. However, I am impressed with the fact that ATMI scientists and products (SDS) seemed to be a real force in it, and the study was performed inside the labs at Applied Materials. Our friends at ATMI are hanging around the right people. Expect this baby to be a real homerun someday.
