Unfortunately I don't feel qualified to answer your question. The reason is because during the time I was there, there were 6 of us, 2 investors and 4 company representatives that took up most of the space. This would not have lent itself to promote others from stopping by, as the area was too small. You might want to ask some of the other investors who visited, and get their impression of this as they might have been in the exhibit hall longer than I was. We had to share badges so I didn't want to say any longer than was necessary so that others could have a chance at gaining entrance. I will admit that the set up was visually appealing and enticing. The exhibit area was enormous...several football fields in size and our booth number was 3688 and the aisle numbers went beyond 4500.

Before I met with the EVDS crew, I did a little light reading..."MUSTS For USTs...A Summary of Federal Regulations for Underground Storage Tank Systems"....EPA 510-95-002, July 1995 edition...and what I discovered was that the daily monitoring is NOT sent to the EPA...rather is kept on site, in case a spot inspector from the EPA shows up on location. The owner is to keep 5 years of records ready for inspection at all times. In New York state these records are required to be on the premises at all times, and the same is true of Georgia, in Florida you have 24 hours leverage time to produce the documentation. Oh and btw...you can call this toll free number to order your very own EPA regulations on UST's....800-424-9346....happy reading... :o)
