I think this is a very good point. I also don't remember if it is a percentage of the total float or of one's holdings. Trying to be balanced, it is good that none have been executed and maybe something is in the works. It does not worry me when there are filings or even when there are sales, but the filings have been consistently at the maximum amount so it would indicate that something has changed. I don't particularly want to engage in the vituperative attacks that criticism can sometimes engender here, but I have been losing faith in management's actions and would like to see some commitments made and held.
