of course it is... look at the Yen. Short covering at its finest and simple money flows. US hedge funds are getting shredded in Japan as they cover shorts and will sell the US dollar (held in US stocks... the bond mkt is closed) in the morning to come up w/ the cash, but not before letting it open up so they can suck in a few more suckers to buy DELL.
