AASIU is an interesting candidate from the low RS/neg clashflow screen, which I ran again today. They are a development stage airplane mfg., developing a propellor-driven business airplane. Sounds like a highly-competitive business for an under-capitalized upstart. Their present airplane model hasn't sold yet, and it doesn't even have a pressurized cabin-- that's for the future, they say. They did an IPO in 1996 because they were unable to pay their debts. They expect the cash from the IPO to run out in the March quarter, according to their most recent 10Q. The liquidity section of the 10Q is pretty frank about this. Like all development stage co.'s, they might be subject to a lot of news-related volatility. Their latest 10Q says they hope to have an updated FAA certification in the next few months, so that is a likely announcement.
