To "GC". my friend. if you are still on this board (and i certainly do hope that you are) - we REALLY need your opinion(s) on some "things" that have come-up between the "relationship" of "ENCD" and "YARC". read the very excellent post by "Wlcnyc" - post # 40 - for all of the specific details that you will need. this person - "Wlcnyc" - has asked some really VERY excellent questions which REALLY need some answers!! please give all of us on this board whatever answers (thoughts - ideas - opinions) that you may have regarding the questions asked by "Wlcnyc". please do this ASAP!! take care, my friend. MM, I did read all the posts back when I first became interested. Of course, I probably should do it again to refresh my memory as that was some time ago. I also requested, and received, an "investor's pack" from YARC. I have positions in about 7 other penny stocks that keep me quite busy (and broke), so I have not spent as much time on DD as I would like to on this one. In fact, a lot of the time it slips my mind completely until there is a post on this thread and you know the frequency of that! LOL But I shall get back to it..... Good Luck, Bill
