Jonathan, This thread discusses floorless preferred. I agree that it is not appropriate to discuss the REFR financing here because it is not reflective in ANY way of this type of financing. I did not bring the discussion to this thread, I only clarified the financing arrangement so that people would not be misled. What specific fact re: this financing that I posted do you disagree with? You can check with Joe Harary again at REFR regarding the terms, purpose and reasons for this financing if anything I have stated confuses you. He has verified all the conditions and reasons to me and to anyone else who cares to call him at 1-888-773-7337. I'm sure you would agree that your father found him most amenable and obliging in providing you with whatever information you required. I did respond to your note on REFR. I question your whole agenda in asking them. They are easily answered accurately by contacting the company. You will be pleased with the answers as they will reflect no problems with the commercialization of the technology. I think you will see hard evidence of this soon as we have 3 licensees in precommercialization phase and expect products shortly. ND
