Tim, I'm halfway through The Electronic Day Trader and LOVE IT! It is answering many of the questions I've had about the MM's/specialists and how to view the odd T&S trades I see which seem not to be logical. I can understand why this book gets either rave reviews on Amazon or is returned with complaints. I think it is not for beginners. A person has to trade for a short while to realize that they don't see the whole picture. This book fills in the holes! I've come to the conclusion that my web-based order entry with Dreyfus is no longer tolerable, so I'm going to evaluate a couple of trading platforms, primarily CyberTrader and RealTick3. (RT3 offers a fairly large selection of brokers; CT offers ONE broker.) Have you yet decided on where you're going? It really seems MBT is set up for traders. Let me know. Perhaps we can look into this together.

Hello Tim, I'd like to pick IMCL this week, easy to improve from last week.. Good luck with XYLN, still long myself, should be interesting...BTW gold stocks nem, abs, ngc, hm etc. seem to be trading in a fairly predictable range, downside may be limited by global unrest - Until interest rate cut... Later
