Which issue did he not agree with. I believe there was a misunderstanding of the term "required." I was using it to say that Ailouros was "required" to buy the stock in the three month period if they were going to exercise their options at all that quarter therefore they would HAVE to pay the floor price set by REFR if they were going to buy stock at all. I believe you or your father misinterpreted this as meaning "required" to buy the stock at the floor price. If there are other discrepancies between what Mr. Harary told you and what I said please let us all know so we can get it out in the open. Truth is helpful for everyone concerned. I didn't mean to insult you, just to let you know how your posts came across to me. I am trying to just focus on the facts and not personalities. ND
