At least a few times a day, my quote screen freezes and occasionally I get disconnected from the "Order Cache". This is very unsettling to me since often I am in the middle of a trade. It appears to be more frequent around half-hour to an hour before market closing. I have a 128k ISDN line which I use with a local POP for Internet access. According to M B Trading the "Order Cache" problem is a symptom of Internet congestion while the frozen quote screen is sometimes a problem with their server.

Are other people experiencing similar difficulties, and if so what are folks doing about it?
