Dwight, StockMan was right. "Teen pregnancy rates" and "Live births to unwed girls under 15" are not exactly the same things, are they? Under 15 is a relatively small part of teen pregnancy, I'd wager. Except among disciples of David Koresh, but that's another topic. Then, this std thing is a total non-sequitur. Finally, most people would credit what's commonly called "the sexual revolution" to the birth control pill. Apparently your inerrant Bible tells you something else.
