Have you checked out the number of shares outstanding for NCTI? It's 153,417,000. The float is at least a hundred million. A stock with that kind of float doesn't lend itself to technical analysis. In any case, it would be best to avoid a penny stock with a float that high. I'm not saying it's not going to go up. I'm sure a strong enough wind could blow 153 million shares every which way -- even up. I'm just saying that you might not have an easy time assessing its direction with TA. And if it falls, you might not have an easy time convincing yourself to take your losses and sell.
