That's the way it works in MSWIN 6.5. and Wilders charting Software.

Price Below SAR is Stop and Reverse from long position, above SAR is Stop and Reverse from Short position.

which [correctly] says that, as of today's date, the symbol will be a buy/sell when it attains the newly reversed SAR value.
