The point is not what portion of DELL's shares he choses to trade,
but when he choses to trade a significant portion ( in relation to
recent filings ) along with all other transactions submitted for
Sep, NOT ONE decision was a buy decision. In comparison to other
industries ( i.e. gold ) where just the opposite is occurring by
insiders to the industry.

One can sell for many reasons, and a single decision to declare an
intention to sell is not significant, but I do find significance
in a host of insiders of ALL intending to sell and not intending to
excercise, buy, etc. Certainly it should raise some flags that
the average guy might not catch.
