Re: Regulatory Taking Argument

The ILECs have a government protected monopoly and are therefore, in a poor position to argue "regulatory taking". Their monopolistic position was created by government. What the government gives, the government can take away. IMO Those are the arguments which will be made the Supreme Court next week.
