Aleta, of course I'm in favor of the Symphony. I just attended the the Boston Ballet performance of Giselle this past Saturday. Of course, most poor folks can't afford the cost of the tickets. But it's when charitable donations ONLY to go to the symphony that a lot is missed.

God bless the symphony--he/she plays a mean tuba! and I can now hear the kettle drums of the Zulu Symphony Orchestra.
