False alarm.

I just heard the news again on Bloomberg and the material is not the material that you mentioned before that ISSM planned to use.

GaS is used in cell phones. There are a number of companies that make these chips. Anadigics is one. They were a high flyer last year, but crashed due to poor earning, I think from the Asian slowdown. IBM may buy from them. GaS does not have the heat problem that silicon has, but is much more expensive.
