M[], I'm sure its likely true. US press is incompetent - I ought to know, I dated a journalist once. -g- Plus, a reader would have to have half a brain to figure out what this means, so that means its a no-go for the USA.

It got zero play in the Australian media apart from the one front page article in the AFR on Saturday. Maybe it was a joke some Japanese bureaucrat told the reporter.
