Zeev -

Check out the post to me on the REFR thread by an anonymous SI posters called "Meisterama". He attacked me, so I looked to see what other stocks he followed. Found several convertible deals you may want to take a look into. I'm not going to do it, because I don't want any men in black coats coming after me, but I wonder what you would find out if you looked to see if there was a common fund on these deals?

Zeev,

I would refer you to two sources. Joe Harary at REFR 1-888-773-7337 and Dr. Lampert who is one of the world's leading experts on "smart windows ( I believe REFR will probably know the number of his consulting company). Go to amazon.com and type in his name for a list of writings you can get.

Electrochromic technology has been around for years and is not threat to the sales of SPD. It is not a matter of one replacing the other. REFR only needs 1% of the revenue generated in this area to bring 100Million dollars to the bottom line. Graeme Fairley who heads the specialty film project at Material Sciences (MSC) that is ramping up to commercialize SPD has said that they expect SPD film to generate MORE than one percent. You might want to contact him to have a discussion on what the differences are, I don't pretend to have technical expertise in this area.
