Hi Steve: Hope you had a great weekend..boy those Ohio state buckeyes look awesome..anyway...what is your take on the three derivatives of tbr which we will be presented with tomorrow..tbr, tbh and rtb...My understanding is that tbr will cease to exist in about a week, when the babies leave home...tbh remains, but for how long and rtb disintegrates as each baby leaves home?? thus it can't be long for this world??..if the babies all leave at once, doens't rtb vanish immediately?? Not much of a life eh?? Oh,how are the leaves up there..I can taste the first frost already, sorely missed down here.

Its not possible to evaluate the context in which Sach's made the statement, but he is very astute regarding emerging market economies and structural reforms. He is given credit for a very successful program in Bolivia in the late 80's among others. Given his record and what we all know about the IMF, his warning statement is very ominous.

You all know I think the telecommunications business in Brazil will be a tremendous business to invest in and that TBR is an obvious target for investing in Brazil's telecommunications business but, there is tremendous uncertainty that: a. will sustain extraordinary volatility for TBR share price over the near term at minimum and b. will keep a lid on the near term upper limit for TBR.
