Not exactly an upbeat piece for today's market rally.

Tell Bagnall I'd rather buy when the sommelier's restocking the wine than when the guests are drunk and screaming for more.

You might find it interesting to note Kedersha phoned my friend at Siemens and said he'd heard sales projections for '99 were being lowered and what did he think, to which my friend responded he'd not head anything at all to support that thesis. Kedersha tried in several other ways to get him to hint there was slow-down and he simply refused. As my friend put it, he was fishing for negatives. You have to wonder if Bagnall phoned for confirming data or if Kedersha's query was simply routine.
