RAVEL --- yes that is a good sign and from this level anything good is great. A long way to go. GE Capital just spent $800 mil on Colonial Pacific so GE is buying but not much reason that I can see to have much interest in anything here..

'E. Yardeni: How about personnel? Are there issues? I mean we
know there are shortages of software programmers. Are there
shortages of people who know something about embedded chips?

D. Hall: Not yet.

E. Yardeni: Who are these people? Are they basically engineers,
electrical engineers? What do they study in college to do embedded
chips?

D. Hall: Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic
engineering, avionics, that kind of stuff.

E. Yardeni: So in that case we're not really dependent on software
programmers; we're dependent more on engineers.

D. Hall: Yes, and that's scary. The fate of the world is in the hands of
engineers. . . .
