Dave,
Any thoughts on LFCO....book value 10 ...
below from yahoo....been hammered lately also.
Sandra

According to Briefing.com:

- Insiders own 45% of LFCO shares.

- Institutions own 54% of LFCO shares (580k bought in past 3 months).

For those of you who are mathematically challenged, that equals 99%.

This sounds like a positive situation.

Those who would know the facts are shareholders. With $10 per share in cash,
this is a no-brainer.

I believe FP buy-out/merger is imminent.

Anyone know how this might affect us?

Obviously Life wouldn't accept less than $10.
