Then why does management only own 100K shares? If it is such a good bargain then you would assume they would be buying, but they are not. Why? I plan on attending the meeting. It should be very interesting. There are a lot of pissed off shareholders. What good is increasing the size of the company from $100M to $450M if the losses are maintained in that proportion? We will only own 31% of the new company. Have you looked at the projected financials? The growth doesn't start till 2000. Those debt payments are huge. Iaococa and Allen are looking for a way out. They will benefit financially after the merger. They will receive substantial buy outs since this merger represents a transfer of management. In addition, check out the large salaries of FRI. GG
