Dwayne, the impression that I got from my communication with an NYRR Management Representative was something potentially more substantial then the September press release! JMO!

In my opinion I was speculating that the news might include completed audited financials, leading us to a SEC Reporting status with additional updates on other business developments.

If it turns out that the September release was all there was and nothing more substantial to be reported in the near future , I will be disappointed.

I am an NYRR Shareholder and have been for a long time, but this news blackout that the NYRR Shareholders seem to be subjected to --I find very frustrating.

Someone mentioned that I call the company directly....I have done that in the past....I didn't feel that the response was anything worth spending another long distance call for--but that's just my own opinion.....Of course if I see things start to change and I feel that NYRR Management is making a sincere effort to keep the Shareholders updated then I will be open to changing my mind.

To me one of the most frustrating aspects is that over time I have heard many positive things mentioned about the NYRR Management , and I realize that good things take time--but what is stopping NYRR from becoming fully reporting, or at least announcing the progress status.

If there are issues that need to be addressed that are stopping NYRR from achieving reporting status then I suggest the company just bring them out in the open and move forward from there.

The way I see it is we have many astute and loyal NYRR Shareholders
that may even have some solid input/recommendations if we had an idea of what was going on.

I still remain an NYRR Shareholder because overall I feel it has a great upside potential--however I would be more confident with my investment if NYRR Management felt it important to keep it's shareholders updated. JMO!

Has anyone ever attended an NYRR Shareholders meeting? Does anyone know if they are planning one in the future?

Has anyone spoken to the Stock Transfer Agent recently to see if there has been any change in the number of issued shares?

I live in Canada, but if someone can track down the number , I will phone them and try to get an update.

Well! Here is still hoping that October 15 is not just another ordinary day. JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

P.S. Just for the record in my opinion I have always found any/all NYRR Management that I have communicated with to be courteous and given me sufficient time to hear me out.
