Even if I vote "yes" the stock price will be well under $5 for some time to come. The proxy statement says that they do not anticipate legally qualifying for a NASDAQ listing for quite a while. This is why they needed this special proviso. I do not care what exchange we are on as long as FRI is not involved. They are a dog and are looking for a way to save their ass. I do not want any part of that. KKRO will be better off alone and if they feel they can not go it alone then they can find a better partner. Remember MacDonalds offered to buy them out a year and a half ago. Damn fools should of taken it. The stock is trading like the new company is going bankrupt. Boston Market announced bankruptcy and their stock is trading higher than KKRO. Go figure. GG
