Please elaborate on your post! Are you saying that NASDAQ has approved the merger and now it will be up to shareholders approve the deal?

According to the 8-K shareholder meeting won't happen until Nov. 20, 1998. Also, It appears to me that ZULU is still trading according to Free Realtime Quote.

Please clarify your post.

Zulu got has high at eight, and seems to be moving above seven pretty constant, according to Quote.com. Maybe something is happening, Felix. Let us know when you find out. Thanks.

Felix,

I just got off of the phone with my broker and he said that there is no information pertaining to the merger being done and that ZULU is still trading. I just checked FRT quotes and it shows the last trade going through at 14:58 PM EDT. So I'm guessing maybe your broker made a mistake.
