It's gotta be $1 or better for conversion, right? So nothing going on at this price can be attributed to that?

This morning's activity pretty much shoots a hole in the idea that RINKY talked TX into the release to help lessen the pressure on share price.

Steve how's this:

JV results due out soon, cash cow acquisition in the works, convertables being converted and due to run out soon, current negotiations with 5 - 6 other oil companies, company able to get more traditional financing due to TX deal, blah, blah, blah.

Get the idea.
