Hi all. A few things have been bothering me since reading the latest report. What is the story behind the Rebuild LLC loan? Why was that ever allowed to happen by CISTs Directors? Shouldn't they have nixed any plan like that between related parties. It certainly was not looking out for the shareholders. I have been thinking about drafting a letter to CIST management and Directors expressing some displeasure and shock from me as a shareholder. Do you think I should? Would the members of this board like to proof it before I send it? Chris
