Jbn,

Go back to my last post on the subject. I had mentioned that when the DOW was in this range previously, only about 1-2 weeks ago, the NEW HIGHS were close to 100. My point is why was the NEW HIGHs so much lower with the DOW in about the same level.

I am aware of the fact that the new highs takes time to return.
