Thomas, obviously the definition has something to do with "enterprise" rather than "carrier". ASND's strengths, as we all know, are egde, core/backbone, and remote access switching. New competencies appear to include VPNs, VOIP, and SS7 software, integrated into existed hardware platforms. Also, the network management piece is highly regarded. They need help (market share wise) in IP switching and ATM concentration (too early to tell yet, the strength of the new SA product). Gary
