Thanks Helen for the little update. I should be on business that week in Atlanta as well. Could you please have Eileen forward me the same information?

Thanks

Hello Helen,

Quick question regarding the Atlanta Show, is this the one that we will be doing in conjunction with Power & Tel?

Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks & take care.

Kevin

Hi Helen, didn't you say that you thought the NASDAQ listing was coming soon? And didn't you say that Frank only sold a small portion of his shares? And didn't you say . . .

Helen, is FTEL still burning net cash at a rate of over $ 2 mil per quarter?

Also, is it true that FTEL only had about $ 5.7 mil of cash remaining?

Is it true that FTEL does not ever have to make a penny and that Frank and other managers could still collect a big paycheck? Assuming, of course, that they can keep borrowing money or having private placements, etc.?

Is it true that Frank sold many shares around the time that the Intrine order was announced (which never happened, of course).

One last question: Whatever happened to the DVG demo units. They have been out since late 1997. Has not even one significant sale to a fortune 500-type company been made? What is going on at FTEL !

I look forward to looking at the December 31, 1998, financials. By then the validity of my concerns will either be completely vindicated or not.

May FTEL honestly prosper.

FTEL: .65
