Xyln November 10 puts continue to see high premiums and volume. It appears to this investor that there may still be some negative news or 'events' that have yet to be priced into this stock. I hope I am wrong but these puts should be priced under $1.00 but there getting $1.25 a 25% premium.

Could be someone knows something. I'm not a naysayer (but often Devil's Advocate), and hold what I consider to be a substantial long position in XYLN. A few things to consider:

XYLN has seen 9 5/8 recently, so it's still off its lows (notice proper use of the apostrophe).

I see very few red numbers on my screen (although ALA hasn't been doing great today, and ORCL seems to have gone negative).

Only a couple of days to earnings. Price movement prior to earnings is often misleading, but often surprisingly astute. Current price already reflects poor earnings expectations.

Wall Street gurus (if you can call them that) have predicted a rebound followed by a further more severe downturn before a bull market is restored. What if they're right (and Friday and today are just bait for suckers)?

The end of October has historically been the perfect time to get screwed. I'm tempted by the low prices, but my wiser half is forcing me to wait; at least until a telling conference call.

Just My Humble Opinion,

jas.
